As the successor to direct_mail, LUXletter is a modern extension that focuses on the simple creation of newsletters and the subsequent analysis. Evaluate which links were clicked by whom and when and which topics received the best open rates in order to make future mailings even more successful.
Openrate
The open rate describes the proportion of newsletter recipients who actually opened an email. While you can still differentiate between a clear and an absolute opening rate in detail, LUXletter focuses on clear numbers so as not to display distorted values.
Clickrate
In the case of the click rate or click rate, only the recipients who clicked on a link in a newsletter email are considered. Unlike the opening rate, this number reflects more the interest in a topic in a newsletter. Here too, LUXletter focuses on clear values.
Unsubscribe Rate
This is an indicator of how many recipients have unsubscribed from future receipts after receiving a newsletter. Like no other value, the unsubscribe rate reflects a recipient's disinterest in a newsletter topic.

Tip: increase click rate
Do you want to increase your click rate in the newsletter? E.g. for further analyzes in LUX? Do not send completely formulated texts with entire paragraphs but always only tickers to increase the incentive!
A teaser element in LUXletter helps you to create those text elements in TYPO3. This will avoid unnecessary duplication of maintenance of your content.
