How can we support?

As the new agency for the Deutsche Familienversicherung around the content management area, we work closely with both internal IT and other external service providers such as hosters and bring the various requirements and wishes under one roof. On the one hand, the website is to be sustainably maintained and continuously updated, on the other hand, the planned technical development is to ensure modernization and professionalization.

What are the challenges?

The complex online calculators and direct completion forms are built entirely in TYPO3. To this end, there are numerous individual field types, which can be equipped with their own special validators, thus ensuring the exact calculation of different tariffs and packages with a wide variety of values. The subsequent processing is completed by an interface to CLM. The content of the website provides all kinds of information worth knowing, so that the complete life cycle of a customer - starting with attention and information, through consulting and development, up to the conclusion - can be displayed online.

How should it continue?

The website of the Deutsche Familienversicherung already had to measure up to numerous external security audits. Nevertheless, the security of the data remains the focus of attention and is to be tightened even further. In addition, a continuous further development of the online calculators is planned. Various usability optimizations are to reflect the values of DFV in the online world as well and further optimize usability for future and existing customers. As a further point, the infrastructure is to be professionalized and work is to be done on scalability and maintainability.
