Liability for contents
As a service provider, we are responsible for our own contents on these pages according to § 7 para.1 TMG (German Telemedia Act) and general laws. According to §§ 8 to 10 TMG we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored information from third parties or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity.
Obligations to remove or block the use of information according to general laws remain unaffected by this. However, liability in this respect is only possible from the time of knowledge of a concrete infringement. If we become aware of any such legal infringements, we will remove the content in question immediately.
Liability for links
Our offer contains links to external websites of third parties, on whose contents we have no influence. Therefore we cannot assume any liability for these external contents. The respective provider or operator of the sites is always responsible for the contents of the linked sites. The linked pages were checked for possible legal violations at the time of linking. Illegal contents were not identified at the time of linking.
However, a permanent control of the contents of the linked pages is not reasonable without concrete evidence of a violation of the law. If we become aware of any infringements, we will remove such links immediately.
The contents and works on these pages created by the site operators are subject to German copyright law. The reproduction, editing, distribution and any kind of use outside the limits of copyright law require the written consent of the respective author or creator. Downloads and copies of these pages are only permitted for private, non-commercial use.
Insofar as the content on this site was not created by the operator, the copyrights of third parties are observed. In particular, third-party content is identified as such. Should you nevertheless become aware of a copyright infringement, please inform us accordingly. If we become aware of any infringements, we will remove such contents immediately.
The in2code GmbH - hereinafter referred to as in2code - is pleased about your interest in our company and our services. Of course we also want you to feel that you are in good hands with us regarding data protection.
Who is responsible for data collection on this website?
The data processing on this website is carried out by the website operator. His contact details can be found in the imprint of this website.
How do we collect your data?
On the one hand, your data is collected when you provide it to us. This can be data that you enter in a contact form, for example.
Other data is automatically collected by our IT systems when you visit the website. These are mainly technical data (e.g. internet browser, operating system or time of the page call). This data is collected automatically as soon as you enter our website.
What do we use your data for?
Part of the data is collected to ensure that the website is provided without errors. Other data can be used to analyse your user behaviour.
What rights do you have regarding your data?
You have the right to receive information free of charge about the origin, recipient and purpose of your stored personal data at any time. You also have the right to demand the correction, blocking or deletion of this data. For this purpose, as well as for further questions regarding data protection, you can contact us at any time at the address given in the imprint. Furthermore, you have a right of appeal to the responsible supervisory authority.
Analysis tools and third-party tools
When you visit our website, your surfing behaviour can be statistically evaluated. This is mainly done with cookies and with so-called analysis programs. The analysis of your surfing behaviour is usually anonymous; the surfing behaviour cannot be traced back to you. You can object to this analysis or prevent it by not using certain tools. You will find detailed information on this in the following data protection declaration.
You can contradict this analysis. We will inform you about the possibilities of objection in this data protection declaration.
2. Personal data
Your personal data will only be stored with your consent. If we pass on your data to our contractual partners in your interest, we will expressly point this out to you. External service providers who process data for us on our behalf are contractually bound by the Federal Data Protection Act and are regularly checked by us. We collect and store personal data only to the extent necessary for our cooperation with you.
Cookies are used on the in2code internet pages. These serve to make our offer more user-friendly, effective and safer.
The cookie is a very small file that is stored on your PC and saved by your browser. Its function is to log the behaviour of users on the website so that a cumulative user profile can be generated from the sum of the information. No personal information is made available to us via cookies.
4. Newsletter or competition
If you would like to receive newsletters or participate in competitions, we need an e-mail address from you. You can cancel the newsletter at any time free of charge using the link provided in the newsletter and request that your e-mail address be deleted.
5. Objection / right of information
If you have any questions, suggestions and/or criticism regarding data protection at in2code, please contact our data protection officer at email@example.com. Of course, you can always use this address to obtain further information or to file an objection.
6. Statistical information
In order to keep our Internet presence up to date in terms of function and content, general information which is not personal (e.g. number of visits, pages called up, average time spent on the site, Internet browser used, etc.) is collected automatically (independently of registration).
7. Contact forms
If you send us enquiries via the contact form, your details from the enquiry form, including the contact data you provide there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. We will not pass on this data without your consent.
The processing of the data entered in the contact form is thus exclusively based on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO). You can revoke this consent at any time. For this purpose, an informal notification by e-mail to us is sufficient. The legality of the data processing operations carried out up to the time of revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.
The data entered by you in the contact form will remain with us until you request us to delete it, revoke your consent to its storage or the purpose for which it was stored ceases to apply (e.g. after your enquiry has been processed). Mandatory legal provisions - in particular retention periods - remain unaffected.
8. Use of Matomo
This website uses the open source web analysis service Matomo. Matomo uses so-called "cookies". These are text files which are stored on your computer and which enable an analysis of your use of the website. For this purpose the information generated by the cookie about the use of this website is stored on our server. The IP address will be anonymized before storage.
If you do not agree with the storage and use of your data, you can deactivate the storage and use above. In this case an opt-out cookie is deposited in your browser which prevents Matomo from saving usage data. If you delete your cookies, the Matomo Opt-Out-Cookie will be deleted as well. The Opt-Out must be activated again when you visit our site again.
9. Use of the marketing automation tool lux
This website uses the marketing automation tool lux. Lux does not use any cookies. Some user-defined settings that do not allow any inference about the visitor are cached in the "Localstorage" area of the browser and are needed to guarantee full functionality.
Lux tries to recognize your return visits to the site by your behavior and the hardware you use to provide you with content based on your preferences and to make the site easier to use. Only an anonymous hash is transmitted, from which no conclusions can be drawn about your computer, smartphone or similar.
The stored information is generally not passed on to third parties. You can prevent recognition and the playing of individual content by activating the "DoNotTrack" header of your browser, for example. However, we would like to point out that in this case you may not be able to use all functions of this website to their full extent.
If you do not agree with the storage and use of your data, you can deactivate the storage and use of your data above. In this case, an opt-out setting will be stored in your browser, which prevents Lux from storing usage data.
The Internet pages partly use so-called cookies. Cookies do not damage your computer and do not contain viruses. Cookies serve to make our offer more user-friendly, effective and safer. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer and saved by your browser.
Most of the cookies we use are so-called "session cookies". They are automatically deleted at the end of your visit. Other cookies remain stored on your end device until you delete them. These cookies enable us to recognize your browser the next time you visit us.
You can set your browser to inform you about the setting of cookies and to allow cookies only in individual cases, to exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or in general, and to activate the automatic deletion of cookies when closing the browser. If you deactivate cookies, the functionality of this website may be limited.
Cookies that are required to carry out the electronic communication process or to provide certain functions that you have requested (e.g. shopping basket function) are stored on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the storage of cookies for the technically error-free and optimised provision of his services. Insofar as other cookies (e.g. cookies for analysing your surfing behaviour) are stored, these are treated separately in this data protection declaration.
11. Server log files
The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:
- Browser type and browser version
- Operating system used
- Referrer URL
- Host name of the accessing computer
- Time of the server request
- IP address
This data is not merged with other data sources.
These data are recorded on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and optimisation of his website - for this purpose the server log files must be recorded.
12. Plugins and tools
Our website uses plugins from the YouTube page operated by Google. The operator of the pages is YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA.
When you visit one of our sites equipped with a YouTube plugin, a connection to the YouTube servers is established. This tells the YouTube server which of our pages you have visited.
If you are logged in to your YouTube account, you allow YouTube to associate your browsing behavior directly with your personal profile. You can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account.
YouTube is used in the interest of an attractive presentation of our online offers. This represents a legitimate interest in the sense of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO.
