Training and Performance-analysis University of Konstanz

University of Konstanz

The University of Konstanz has been successful in all three funding lines of the federal and state Excellence Initiative since 2006/2007. The measures of the Excellence Initiative aim to promote top-level research and strengthen the science location in the long term. Currently, three of the four submitted cluster initiatives have been invited to apply for full employment as part of the excellence strategy.

TYPO3 training and analyses

Our TYPO3 trainers teach the handling, maintenance and further development of TYPO3 in individual training courses. With performance analyses or penetration tests, we check every TYPO3 website for speed and security on request.

The university

"Top-level research, excellence in teaching and studies, internationality and interdisciplinary cooperation have stood for the University of Konstanz since it was founded as a reform university in 1966. This visionary founding idea can be traced back to the architecture: The short distances of the campus university create an environment conducive to communication, which naturally brings together the scientific disciplines and promotes a culture of creative exchange."

The task

in2code supported the University of Konstanz with trainings on TYPO3. The focus was on further development and administration of the website. Besides the training topics there was a consulting block with individual questions and possible solutions.

At a later point in2code carried out a special performance analysis on request with the result of concrete measures and suggestions in order to significantly reduce the reaction time of the website. The result was presented by in2code and the University of Konstanz at the University Days 2017 in Darmstadt.
