Online calculations directly in TYPO3

The complex online calculators and direct completion forms are built entirely within TYPO3. Many individual field types are the basis for calculating rates, one of the website's most important functions. The associated validators ensure that tariffs and packages are always calculated correctly.

CLM Interface

The information entered is transferred directly to the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and further processed there. This ensures optimal support during the entire customer relationship. It begins with the first contact with the policyholder. Detailed information and advice are essential components and do not end after the conclusion of the contract.

Further development in the first place

The website of the German Family Insurance already had to measure up to numerous external security audits. Thereby a very good security was attested. Nevertheless, the security of the data is still the focus of attention and will be tightened even further.
